We negotiate directly with Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Carlson Rezidor, IHG and many other brands and hotel chains to offer you the best possible attrition allowance, arrange for the lowest rates available, and maximize concessions such as suite, level, view upgrades and request as many complimentary rooms as possible.

ROOM BLOCK MANAGEMENT

Our easy to use room block management interface puts you in complete control from start to finish. Attendees can book rooms as they would on any retail travel site through our hotel booking website that is branded for your event and powered by our hotel booking engine. We also provide a 24/7 call center with highly trained reservations specialists to answer your attendees calls and provide personalized support, customer service, and phone reservations.
